I have always been a fan of movies, I have sometimes even though of being a director a few times. The film project could be a good way to learn more and explore that field and find out whether or not it would be something I would enjoy doing. It  has always amazed me the ways that a film crew is able to bring a story to life and give meaning to something that typically has no value in life. We all know that horror movies are over dramatized and fake beyond reason, but the music, dramatic sounds, lighting and framing is able to artificially create and overwhelming sense of fear and dread that we feel as if we our selves are going to be attacked. Even a film like The Avengers and the avengers series, we know that they are fake, we know that they will beat the bad guy one way or another, but the actors and crew are able to draw the audience in and make them forget that it is fiction and doesn't matter in the slightest, we feel for the characters, we are sad when one dies and we laugh ...

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, however I believe that with good enough writing, the power of the human imagination can create something more meaningful and impact-full than anything that could be created on screen. With the creation of a magazine, I believe that I would be able to create something better than what could be created in the limited time frame given to the movie project. Through out the year, we have viewed many examples of print journalism and viewed the process by which it is created. I'm the kind of person who typically works better alone than in a group and as such I feel that undergoing the individual project of the magazine would work better for me than trying to work through the inevitable struggles of working with a group. Working alone I would also be able to set my own schedule, and use my own style to accomplish what I want instead of trying to compromise with a group and have the overall chance of being disappointed when the project I had in ...
